Styles of Yoga

When you are looking around for a yoga class to attend, you will see terms like "Hatha, Iyengar, ashtanga and vinyasa flow". Many of these terms come from the more ancient concepts and texts of yoga, but what do they mean today? What kind of class will it be?

For your home practice - some basic poses

As I continue my New Year's commitment again this year - to roll out my mat every day - I remember each morning as I practice, the surge of energy and inspiration it brings me.

To inspire you in your home practice - I found this blog article which covers many of the poses we do in my Gentle Yoga class.
