New Classes in October!

Hatha and Foundational Classes:

I will be resuming my teaching in October with the classes listed below. NOTE: 
FREE class today in Monterey at 4:30.

- Sunday, October 7 at 04:30 – 05:45pm: 
FREE Community Class - Yoga Fundamentals at CarmelBarre in Monterey

 - Every Monday, October 8 - 29 at 7:30 - 8:30am: Morning Hatha Yoga at Seaside Yoga Sanctuary at their new Carmel location: in Carmel Plaza

- Saturday, October 20 and November 3 at 1:00 - 3:00pm: Foundations of Yoga - a 2 part workshop (you can attend one or both) at Seaside Yoga Sanctuary at their new Carmel location: in Carmel Plaza

Styles of Yoga

When you are looking around for a yoga class to attend, you will see terms like "Hatha, Iyengar, ashtanga and vinyasa flow". Many of these terms come from the more ancient concepts and texts of yoga, but what do they mean today? What kind of class will it be?
